In person trainings

In person trainings can be topics listed or designed according to needs/desires. The benefit of in-person trainings is personalization to your group and also allows for a question/answer time for more in depth learning.

Dr. Atwell and team have and will design individualized trainings on mental health and wellness related topics for organizations, churches, businesses, or any group. (i.e. Communication, Anxiety in the Workplace; Mental Health wellness; Effective Communication; Stress Management: Burnout Prevention, Spiritual Warfare Vs. Mental Health, Diversity/Multicultural or others as needs arise) according to needs proposed.

motivational speaking

Dr. Atwell loves to use her educational training and biblical study to speak life and encouragement into any audience. She can address subjects such as mental health (suicide prevention, anxiety, depression, what the Bible says about mental health, etc.), biblical topics (any, she loves it all), family/marriage, motivation, current trends/topics (i.e. human trafficking, sexuality, parent/child relations) and more.

international
missions counseling

Dr. Atwell and her team will come and work with your organization or team locally, nationally, or abroad (Acts 1:8). They have done caregiver support groups for those who are burned out in the field, brief trauma-focused counseling with hurting people without access to mental health services, lay counseling training, mental health topical trainings, prevention and awareness events, and more.

Our team has a heart for missions and missionaries and wants to serve those in the field in any way possible as the Lord leads. Dr. Atwell has a clothing line dedicated to supporting these efforts called Counselor Threads. The proceeds allow us to come without asking mission organizations to pay for travel expenses.

Office spaces generally develop difficulties, issues, and anxieties, no matter the type of goals the group is working towards. If you make the goal one of spiritual matters, there is bound to be lots to work through at any given time. Often, the battle is not simply to meet the goals, but to spread the Gospel and overcome the enemy, leaving him to work overtime against you. Together, we can discuss methods to take the negative energy from any office anxiety and merge it into positive motivation towards the goal of the Gospel.

Many individuals struggle to make the most of the time they have to complete important tasks, which leads to an imbalance in life, stress, and anxiety. We will work together to develop a successful plan to be more productive with the time given to complete tasks, as well as explore any factors that can be contributing to poor time management and how we can work around those

Anger itself is not a negative thing, but when mis-managed, it can be a destructive emotion turned behavior with consequences. Learning self-awareness and becoming educated on one’s own emotional pathways can help keep anger composed, constructive, and unharmful. Anger management can lead to positive changed when fueled and handled in a healthy manner.
